At this time, Gifts Made Personal ships only to the continental United States. Most of our products are shipped Priority via US Postal Service. However, some products are shipped directly for the manufacturer. For those products (which are identified on the product information page), delivery time and method may vary. Standard processing time is approximately 6-10 business days. While we do make every attempt to process orders within 10 business days, this is NOT a guarantee. Each of our products is assembled by hand, and production times may vary during the holidays or high order volume periods.

If you would like your product sooner, you may select "Rush Processing" when placing your order. This option guarantees that your item will be shipped within 5 business days. The cost for rush processing is $5.00 per rushed item. Rush processing is not available for products that ship directly from the manufacturer.

In the unlikely event that you should receive a damaged product, please contact returns@giftsmadepersonal.com to discuss replacement of your item.

Please note that we do not replace melted chocolate ordered with our personalized candy bar wraps. If you are shipping candy bar wrapper announcements to a warm climate, we recommend the following:

1. Consider ordering only the wrappers and purchase the candy bars locally, or
2. Order the Wrapper, Candy Bar and Cooler combination, or
3. Assure that someone at your residence is available to bring the order indoors immediately.
